Three warm and welcoming restaurant halls for any types of event: the Scirocco hall is internal and very large, the Tramontana is located outside, next to the main buildingand is also very large, finally the smaller and reserved one called Maestrale. The cuisine is an expression of the typical products of Nebrodi and Sicilian tradition with dishes prepared following seasonality, rich with taste and flavors. The restaurant is open on Saturday for dinner and on holidays days for both, lunch and dinner. It's ever possible book during the week for event, anniversaries or ceremonies. A big free parking area is available for customers.

The pool of Casolare is situated in a beautiful park with an amazing view of the north-west side of Etna. Surrounded by the typical Sicilian countryside, it guarantees peace and relax during warm summer days.
